Orders
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge your message and receive payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping
We ship pan-India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Each package is carefully packed and includes a care card for your crystal.
Returns
As crystals are energetically charged and handled with care before shipping, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
Sessions
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refunded. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
